01. Animal Ministry
An Independent Animal Ministry entirely focuses on Animal Protections, rights, welfare and coexistence. Provide funding for animal welfare assign budgets for ABC program, Funding for NGO's and local Feeders Feeding of stray Animals and cattle. Healthcare and Infrastructure, wildlife and environment protection. Ensure legal and justice function, strength animal welfare laws, urban animal welfare management, public awareness, animal welfare must be integrated into education policy
02. National Commission for Feeders & Animal Activist
Respect for caregiver, feeder, volunteer, social recognition and honor. Commission role is to resolve conflict among feeders pet owners and residents dispute, protect feeders from harassment and threat, regulate feeding zones monitor animal cruelty, assist municipal in sterilization drive, recommend policy changes
03. Animal Crime Police Unit
Animal crime police unit must be at every police stations handle animal cruelty cases and feeder harassment. Specialized enforcement trained officer in animal laws and animal behavior. Veterinary coordination and forensic support
04. Fast Track courts for Animal cruelty cases
Every district should have courts handle feeder harassment and animal cruelty cases, killing, beating, illegal breeding ,poisoning, torture, abandonment, illegal transport, shelter abuse, organized animal crimes. Would improve deterrence and enforcement seriousness.
05. Non-Bailable Severe Animal Cruelty Offences & Amendment of PCA ACT 1960
Non bailable Offence for serious crime against animal like killing, brutal torture, acid attacks, sexual abuse of animals, dog-fighting rings, mass poisoning.

06. Veterinary Clinic with modern Facilities and 24/7 emergency services
Must have government funded a full fledge high end veterinary clinic in every district 24/7 functioning with emergency services and trauma center.
07. Article 21 must include all living being
Article 21 must protect right to live all living being not just humans Animal are sensitive being experience fear love same as humans
08. Cow as India's National Animal
We appeal to recognize Cow as India's National Animal to honor Hindu culture, tradition and spirituality. Nationwide ban on cow slaughtering. Cow symbolizes compassion, motherhood, purity, and prosperity, protecting cows preserves tradition, spirituality, agriculture, and cultural harmony.
